Data archives

We are using the Fair Use policy statement of Harvard's Atmospheric Sciences data site as stated below. Please read to make sure that you agree with this policy before downloading data.

FAIR USE--Kindly keep us informed of how you are using our data and of any publication plans (e-mail to Ram Oren). If we feel that we should be acknowledged or offered participation as authors, we will let you know and we assume that an agreement on such matters will be reached prior to publishing the data. If your work directly competes with our analysis we may ask that we have the opportunity to submit a manuscript before you submit one that uses our data.

The searchable archive is not available yet.
In the meantime, we have the data available for FTP download. More data are added monthly.
Currently we have the following:

Environmental data organised by year or data type. Collected in the six experimental rings by Karina Schäfer and Hyun-Seok Kim. Some of the eddy-covariance flux data collected by Gaby Katul in experimental ring #1 are also available. Here is an illustration of the eddy correlation system (in PDF format).
Sapflow data collected by Ram Oren's students (for use by members of our workgroup). Here you will also find the complete eddy-covariance data for the current year.
Leaf CO₂ assimilation data collected by David Ellsworth
Soil water chemistry data collected by Dan Richter's lab.
X and Y coordinates used for making the new tree location and equipment location maps.
An inventory of the number of trees by species in each ring.
